The Mixed Syndicate of Troyes Barberey Aerodrome (S.M.A.T.B.) is the owner of the aerodrome.
It is composed of the following members:

- Troyes and Aube Chamber of Commerce and Industry: www.troyes.cci.fr
In the context of the Public Service Delegation, the Mixed Syndicate of Troyes Barberey Airport delegated the development and management of Troyes en Champagne Airport to S.E.A.T.B. starting from January 1, 2021, for a duration of 8 years.
